To ensure each property is prepared to our exacting standards, check-in is available from 4:00 pm on your day of arrival. We kindly ask that guests check out by 10:00 am on the morning of departure. Please note that we do not typically offer check-ins on Sundays, allowing our team to maintain the high quality of our retreats.
Yes, we are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs to all three of our properties. We understand that pets are part of the family, and our rural location near Cupar offers wonderful walking routes right from the doorstep. We simply ask that you inform us at the time of booking and adhere to our house rules to ensure the comfort of future guests.
Absolutely. One of our signature features is our bespoke zip-and-link bedding. Most of our bedrooms can be configured as either a luxurious super-king for couples or as twin beds for families or groups. Please let us know your preferred arrangement at least seven days prior to your arrival.
Each of our retreats—Lower Lodge, The Barn, and Top Cottage—benefits from its own dedicated, off-road private parking area. There is ample space for multiple vehicles, and The Barn also features a private garage for additional security or storage of outdoor equipment like golf clubs and bicycles.
Hilton Holiday Lets is perfectly positioned for discovery. The historic market town of Cupar is just one mile away, offering local shops and restaurants, while the world-renowned fairways of St Andrews are a short 10-mile drive. For families, the award-winning Cairnie Fruit Farm is located immediately adjacent to our estate.
Dates for the Golf Open St Andrews 11 – 18th July 2027 have been blocked off, but can be booked privately through the Enquiries page.
