Hilton Accommodation
Lower Lodge
Lower Lodge is the kind of place that feels like a warm hug the moment you step through the door. We’ve opened it up to create a space that is both stylish and incredibly practical. As everything is on a single level, there’s a lovely, easy flow to the house. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a bit of luxury all on one level, making it a firm favourite for guests who want a more relaxed, accessible pace of life.
The heart of the lodge is the living area with its woodburning stove that makes the whole room feel magic on a chilly Scottish evening. You can spend your mornings watching the light change over the fields from the patio, and your evenings curled up with a glass of wine by the fire. The two bedrooms are designed to be total sanctuaries—think soft linens and plenty of space. As we know that the secret to a great holiday is a perfect night’s sleep, we have chosen Hypnos Beds. We can set the beds up as grand super-kings or comfy twins, so it works just as well for a getaway with friends as it does for a romantic weekend.
We’ve made sure the Lodge feels like a proper home, so the bright designer kitchen is fully kitted out for real cooking, and there’s a handy utility room for all those “holiday extras” like muddy boots or dog leads.
For groups of up to six, Lower Lodge and The Barn can be booked together. Sitting right next to each other on the estate, they offer the perfect setup for friends or family to holiday together while still enjoying the privacy of their own separate cottages.
It’s a very peaceful spot.

Right on Your Doorstep
You don’t always have to jump in the car to find something to do, either. Being right next to Cairnie Fruit Farm is a real treat, especially in the summer when you can go over and pick your own berries or let the kids loose in the maze. There are plenty of walking trails right from your front door if you’ve brought the dog along, and the Scottish Deer Centre is just a ten-minute drive away. Whether you’re here to see the big sights or just want to enjoy the fresh air and a slower pace of life, there is always something interesting happening nearby.
Coastal Charm and City Lights
If you feel like exploring further, you couldn’t be in a better spot. We’re only about twenty minutes from St Andrews, which is a must-see even if you aren’t a golfer; it’s full of history, hidden cobbled lanes, and fantastic places to eat. If you prefer the coast, the little fishing villages of the East Neuk are just down the road for a brisk harbour walk and world-class fish and chips.
For a grand day out, the capital is also within easy reach. You can be in the heart of Edinburgh in about an hour, whether you choose to drive or take the scenic train from Cupar. It’s the perfect way to spend a day exploring the Royal Mile, visiting the Castle, or enjoying a bit of world-class shopping before heading back to the peace and quiet of the Fife countryside. It’s the kind of area where you can be as busy or as relaxed as you like.
